Instruction for Authors
Paper Submissions
Submissions must not substantially overlap which papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. Submissions should be at most 15 pages (*.pdf) including the bibliography and appendices with LNCS template http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0.
Submissions must be made to the submission website at:

Only PDF files will be contemplated. If accepted, one of the authors is expected to present the paper at the conference
Paper Registration
One author for each accepted paper must complete the registration by bank transfer before the registration deadline, in order to include the associated paper in the conference proceedings.
The Conference registration fee includes all the Conference sessions, a copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, Reception, Banquet, and etc.

- Additional registration: 250 €

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. All payment must be in Euros. Payments can be made by direct bank transfer to:

Registration deadline
Authors registrations must be completed no later than:

Additional registrations must be completed no later than:
September 15, 2018
Late registrations are only allowed for additional registrations (no authors) and will be charged with an additional 5% on the fee
Cancellation policy
No requests for a refund will be accepted (the same applies if you are unable to participate due to visa problems).
Issuance of receipts
Payment receipts will be obtained at the registration desk. If you have any troubles, please contact Conference Organizers at css2018@di.unisa.it
Invitation Letter for Visa Application
The committee will prepare visa supporting documents only to paper presenters who register and complete the payment transactions. Please be advised that the committee will neither act as a guarantor nor issue any documents to guarantee your identity. Please contact the embassy of your country by yourself to confirm how long it will take to acquire your visa, and apply for your visa well in advance.
Copyright form
Every manuscript has to be accompanied by its signed copyright form and by the relative source files. One author may sign the copyrights form on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper. The Volume Editors to be indicated when compiling the form are, “Arcangelo Castiglione, Florin Pop, Massimo Ficco, Francesco Palmieri”. The Title of the Book or Conference Name is “Recent Advances in Cyberspace Safety and Security – 10th International Symposium on Cyberspace Safety and Security – October 29-31, 2018 – Amalfi – Italy”. Springer accepts scanned copyright forms as well as digital signatures
